Coordinating the firms involved on the project, controlling its billing. Monitoring and controlling the works during the building process until the final handover.

Drafting the finished work document for the administration.

Composing the bill of quantities and quote.

Energy efficiency certificates.

Technical inspection of buildings (ITE).

Composition of refurbishing projects.
